ur face asked: Our situation is that we cant afford our house anymore, and my uncle really liked our house, so me and my family were thinking and we thought that my uncle proposed a good dea;he would give us a lot in Mexico and 5000 on the spot to find another place or for watever, but the thing we need to know is can we just transfer the house to him? that is, to just give him the house with our 4 years of payments so he doesnt have to start over, so none of us lose money, at our current interest rate, in simple terms can we just give him our mortgage? is that legal or is there a process for that or would the best thing be to just keep it on our name and just have him live there and pay the bills?

mcgrawm7 asked: Wells Fargo will give loans and accounts to illegals. So, in turn, they can purchase homes and automobiles. Since they are illegals, why were they not arrested when they were protesting? They do not have the same constitional rights we do, after all they are not Americans. Why are they always saying that they can vote. Last I knew they couldn’t. But, if they can not vote, then why are the ballots in New Mexico printed in English and Spanish?
Teggeras-in regards to the Constition, it was not because of the bank accounts. It was in reference to them protesting and stating that they can vote. Pay attention!

LC asked: 10 points for best, we REALLY need help!
My mom purchased our home September 2006 and she is the only one on the deed too the house. Her boyfriend has been living with us and paying the monthly mortgage while my mom pays and does EVERYTHING else. They have decided to separate and he wants to take my mom to court to get “what is his.” Is this possible? He is an illegal immigrant, has no license, has gotten a DUI, was deported to Mexico, and came back illegally. My mom made the down payment for the house without any help from him because his credit is horrendous and she was thinking ahead just in case a situation like this happened. My mom is worried that he will be able to take what is rightfully hers. Also, he lived in my mom’s previous home for about 5 months free of charge. We have heard that after 2 years he could take my mom to court to and claim some ownership to the house, but we arent sure. We are California residents, if that makes a difference. If you know of any links, th
If you know of any links they would be very helpfull
