Angel asked:

ok well my husband and i have been married for a year now and hes been in mexico since june of last year.. he left under voluntary departure and on time.. in all of his paper work it doesnt say anything but that he was just undocumented.. wasnt driving or working and caught just a complaint of several illegals so they went with a warrant and picked my husband and another guy up.. the only past history he has had is driving with out a US lisence and the cop let him finsh driving home and he had a court date which he attended and paid the fine.. we have no kids together or what so ever and he only left me here with around $4,000 in debt so not a lot.. no previous marriages for either of us.. he crossed here illegally and was here for about 5 years… im 19 and he is 22… i just finished high school and would like to continue with college but i work a full time 12 hour shift in a book manufacturing company so i really have no time.. im depressed but i do not want to see a doctor for this b/c i want to go into the medical feild and do not want anything agianst me that may hurt me from getting a job.. i have went to mexico to see him and im going agian in 8 weeks… at one point i had 2 jobs for about 5 months just to get some of the bills paid up to date b/c when he left it made it hard for me to pay the bills and i had tons of late fees and i was still in high school and only had a part time job with 2 car payments and both cell phones a credit cards.. i have prove showing we were a couple like pictures of us and me with his family, him with mine… i had to sell his car to pay off a loan that i had gotten to bail him out of jail so he could do his voluntary departure.. i think i explained everything pretty well in detail.. but the things his is that he wants to come back and trust me i want him back here its very hard without him.. but since he wasnt charged with anything but being undocumented can he just gat a visa or can we do the I-130(which we did one time but was denied due to lack of us getting other documents in on itme will that hurt it?) or do we need the waivers… he has talked about coming back illegally and if he does can we do the papers over here? my parents are going to loan me the money for the lawyers and all and they said a max. of $10,000 which we have to pay back when he gets back.. what are the possibilites of everything going through ok and him getting to come home and how long will it take and what are the steps that we need to do for him to come back here legally?

Question about all the cash the illegals send back home to their countries?

home loans mexico
Natalie B asked:

I understand most of them do this through Money Mart? I understand also that the payday loan companies like Money Mart, etc. are not very regulated or even accountable for the transactions that go through them. I think there should be some regulation of these places so that when someone is sending cash to Mexico or Central America, or any other country, that an amount of “tax” be taken off the top to be kept in the country and go towards the services the illegals are using but not paying for while here, such as schools, hospitals, etc. Could something like that be implemented?

Do you think it fair that we are spending trillions to bail out states that are supporting illegal aliens?

mexico mortgages
Heidi 4 asked:

This is costing us trillions that will in debt us for generations. Why are we bailing out these states who have used our hard working tax payer dollars who have supported and used our welfare system to support illegals who work with false S.S. #’s and then send the money back to Mexico while depriving Americans of jobs and nothing regarding illegals has changed?

I can see nothing constructive is being done in this stimulus bill that benefits the Americans who are carrying the load for illegals, deadbeats and others looking to blame all their problems on the banks and government. Why are these people getting benefits and and why did we give mortgages to unqualified and obviously uneducated people who obviously could not afford them? Why are they getting a pass now on the backs of those who have lived responsibly?

Obviously it is for votes that are not even legal.

Slain woman also sexually assaulted
Suspect, in U.S. illegally, admitted hitting Bellevue resident, police say

By CHRISTIAN BOTTORFF
Staff Writer

The 74-year-old woman who police say was beaten to death last month by her next-door neighbor inside her Bellevue home also was sexually assaulted during the attack, Metro police said yesterday.

When Metro detectives found Mary Sadler’s bloody and battered body, there was evidence that clearly showed a sexual assault, said Don Aaron, Metro police spokesman.

“At this stage of the case, I really can’t be more specific or explicit than that, other than to say there was obvious evidence of a sexual assault,” Aaron said. “I would expect that if other charges are to result, they would occur at the grand jury level.”

The suspect in the killing, Ivan Moreno, 30, is from Mexico and is in this country illegally, police said. He was arrested on a charge of criminal homicide. Police say Moreno admitted striking Sadler after he went to her home at 229 Cross Timbers Drive to get money.

Police declined to say whether Moreno admitted to a sexual assault.

“He has acknowledged being responsible for inflicting the injuries to Mrs. Sadler,” Aaron said Thursday without elaborating.

Moreno’s public defenders, James McNamara and Amy Harwell, did not return voice-mail messages left yesterday at their Nashville office.

Police also found a crumpled $40 check that apparently was written by Sadler to Moreno. The check’s memo line indicated that it was a loan for Moreno’s daughter. Police found the check crumpled up in the grass between the two driveways on Cross Timbers Drive after they discovered Sadler’s body.

During a preliminary hearing, Moreno’s wife of 12 years, Norma Angeles, testified that Aug. 21, the day of Sadler’s death, was their daughter’s birthday, but that they hadn’t bought her any presents.

Sadler’s death is among several high-profile crimes in recent months that have led some activists to urge local officials to crack down on illegal immigration.

Aaron said that the alleged sexual assault was not believed to be the motive for the killing. •
