McCain: Homeowners need help with burden of loans and we need more guest workers does this make sense?

mexico mortgages
Jill asked:

America needs a federal program that protects homeowners, especially in a state where the mortgage crisis and ensuing broader financial crisis hit harder than in other places, U.S. Sen. John McCain said Thursday.

Last fall, when the economic ripples from failed mortgage lenders were spreading across the nation, McCain and others suggested the government step in and buy mortgages to allow homeowners to sidestep expensive loans, he said.

McCain called for a guest worker program to stem the flow of illegal immigrants from Mexico http://www.tucsoncitizen.com/ss/border/114551.php

Is this really Bush’s recession?

home loans mexico
Poe for President asked:

I don’t recall all of our businesses packing up and going south to Mexico until Clinton signed NAFTA and the trickle began.

I don’t recall their being a major housing crisis before democrats Chris Dodd and Barney Frank forced bad home loans and blocked Bush’s attempt at more oversight on both companies.

Yet Bush keeps getting the blame for the economy.

Specifically, which of the Bush administration policies caused an economic decline. Please cite actual facts and sources liberals.

mexico mortgages
David asked:

Jose and Carlos are beggars. They beg in different areas of town. Carlos begs for the same amount of time as Jose, but collects only eight or nine dollars every day.

Jose brings home a suitcase of ten-dollar bills every day.He drives a Mercedes, lives in a mortgage-free house, and has a lot of money to spend.’

Hey, amigo,’ Carlos says to Jose, ‘I work just as long and hard as you do, so how come you bring home a suitcase full of ten-dollar bills everyday?’

Jose says, ‘Look at your sign, what does it say’?

Carlos’ sign reads: ‘I have no work, a wife and 6 kids to support. ”What’s wrong with that?’

Carlos asks him.Jose says, ‘No wonder you only get eight or nine dollars!’

Carlos says, ‘All right, so what does your sign say?’

Jose shows Carlos his sign. It reads: ‘I only need another ten dollars to move back to Mexico.’

Do you think it fair that we are spending trillions to bail out states that are supporting illegal aliens?

mexico mortgages
Heidi 4 asked:

This is costing us trillions that will in debt us for generations. Why are we bailing out these states who have used our hard working tax payer dollars who have supported and used our welfare system to support illegals who work with false S.S. #’s and then send the money back to Mexico while depriving Americans of jobs and nothing regarding illegals has changed?

I can see nothing constructive is being done in this stimulus bill that benefits the Americans who are carrying the load for illegals, deadbeats and others looking to blame all their problems on the banks and government. Why are these people getting benefits and and why did we give mortgages to unqualified and obviously uneducated people who obviously could not afford them? Why are they getting a pass now on the backs of those who have lived responsibly?

Obviously it is for votes that are not even legal.
