The system would just laugh at me if i needed help. Courts just don’t look at fact anymore, unless the woman is using drugs or abusing children its so bias. You think about deporting, but that wont work either because i would be just as bad as she. My lawyer says she will mess up just wait, lot easier to say that now,. If i went to mexico and it was the other way around would it be the same. I will never stop loving my daughter, im just tired, i guess i have to learn to play ball.

You must have your SS card, or last year’s tax return, other years will not do.

To prove state residency—2 items required, bank statement,utility bill, mortgage document, vehicle registration, or enrollment documentation from school.

Proof of my residency status, 2 bills with my physical address.

Sworn statement by me that she is my child and lives with me.

Proof from the school that the child is taking Driver’s ed, in the form of a recipt for payment of the 300.00 that drivers ed now costs.
I have had to take my 15 year old child out of school twice, and I still havn’t gotten her permit. None of this is made common knowledge, and you have to keep going back.

Does anyone else think that enough is enough?
To Jerry C–That is a good question. I have no idea how they get around that, unless the kids are on medicaid, that card also qualifies as an ID.
